Today I started practicing 6 levels of rhythm.

Level 4

100 bpm. The third pattern is killing my brain.

Routines

Rhythm – Level 1 – 100 bpm – 4 min
Rhythm – Level 2 – 100 bpm – 3 min
Rhythm – Level 3 – 100 bpm – 3 min
Rhythm – Level 4 – 100 bpm – 8 min
Rhythm – Level 5 – 100 bpm – 3 min
Rhythm – Level 6 – 100 bpm – 4 min

Ear training – Intervals – 14 intervals – 10 min

Total – 35 min
